Rules And Regulations

For Day Boarding & Hostel

1. New Admission starts in Class Kg. Admission into other classes depend on the availability of seats.

2. Boarders coming from other Boarding Schools are required to bring a Conduct Certificate.

3. Boarders must be introduced personally by their Parents or Guardians who will be responsible for their conduct, fees etc.

4. Children who seek admission in the Boarding in between the session will have to pay half of the boarding fees till the previous month.

5. Boarders are liable to pay half of the boarding fees for long Holidays like Summer and Winter Vacation.

6. Parents are liable to. pay the Medical Bill if any.

7. Parents are requested to collect their wards on the first days of the Summer and Winter Vacation.

8. To acquire greater facility in the study of English, English only should be spoken in the Boarding Premises.

9. Boarders are responsible for the safe custody of their books and belonging. Ornaments, jewellery or any such valuable items are not allowed in the Hostel.

10. All books for private reading must be submitted to the Boarding Master for approval.

11. No Parcel is allowed. Letters addressed to the boarders are subject to inspection.

12. Silence should be maintained within the hostel premises.

13. Boarders caught smoking / chewing tobacco / found under the influence of alcohol etc. will be expelled from the hostel without further explanation.

14. Boarders will have to wear the hostel uniform only. They are advised to wear moderate casual dress when they go out on errands, Leather Jackets, Trousers, Skirts etc. are not allowed.

15. Any damage caused to the hostel premises / rooms/toilets etc. will have to be repaired/ replaced by the respective boarder found guilty or by the boarders collectively on room basis.

16. Male boarders and female boarders are not allowed to enter each others block.

17. Entry into the kitchen is strictly prohibited.

18. Parents and Guardians are not allowed to enter the Hostel rooms. No Cousin, Friends etc. are allowed to enter the premises under any circumstances.

19. Parents and Guardians are advised to meet the hostel warden in the common parlour and seek prior permission before seeking audience with Principal.

20. The Principal will meet the boarders between 6A.M. and 7 P.M. on week days in his office Chamber.

21. Boarders are not allowed to Borrow Money from each other or from the hostel authorities. Each boarders will be allowed Rs. 200/- as Pocket Money every month.

22. Hostel fees must be paid in advance on Bi-monthly basis within 5th of every month.

23. Boarders are not allowed to vacate their hostel seat in Mid-Session. Only on special grounds the boarders may be allowed to vacate the hostel seat on payment of the full Session fees.

24. Boarders expelled from the hostel in Mid-Session will forfeit the security deposit/ Hostel dues paid etc.

25. Hostel Authorities will accept only one recommended Local Guardian of 45 Yrs. and above local in age. Children of such authorised local Guardian or any person authorised by such guardian will not be allowed to meet the Boarder under any circumstances.

26. Boarders expelled from the hostel will stand expelled from the school also.

27. Parents guardians are not allowed to ask their wards for festivities except only once a month with prior information of the management and subject to the management’s satisfaction. 

28. Except for Fruit, Biscuits and health drinks Parents and Guardians are  not allowed to bring any other item of food into the hostel campus.

29. Parents Guardians will have to abide by further rules and regulations and amendments to be framed the Management from time to time. 

30. Boarders can have private tuition on extra payment.

31. Boarders (If desire) will be allowed to study till 12 midnight only.

32. Parents can visit their wards on second or fourth Saturday of every month between 9A.M. to 1 P.M.

33. Every one should have green sweater for Day Boarding & Hosel. 

34. A trunk with lock & key should be brought.

2. Only Annual fee for pre-Nursery's new admission
No new admission fee for-2025
First Come First Serve
3. No admission fee for day boarding and hostel.
4. No new admission fee for new admission for classes nursery to class ix, only the annual fee.
